After having several various issues with our existing washer dryer it finally gave up the ghost and stopped working completely. I chose this Hotpoint washer dryer and wow are we impressed!! Compared to our last machine this one is so quiet with many different combinations of programmes to choose from and we don't even know it's on it's that quiet. The price was very reasonable and competitive. We are very happy with our choice. Thank you AO.

Absolutely love my new washer dryer.

I'm a big fan of Hotpoint. Easy to use. Washing is okay, but hasn't spun a couple of washes, they have come out soaking. What is the point in buying a 9kg machine when it doesn't spin if it's full (less than 9kg). Drying takes hours if you want dry towels or bedding, but come out really soft. Instructions are poor, lots of signs on the panel that are unexplained in the instructions. They are really not helpful.

Quiet and easy to use. Always bought Hotpoint washer dryers as they are reliable and good value. Highly recommended.

Brilliant washer with great capacity however still getting to grips with how it works as in washing and drying… still to try the steam refresh programme !
