Direct replacement for old machine which lasted about 10 years. Does the job as expected.

Absolutely love my new washer dryer.

Washine machine seems great. There are plenty of program options and it seems to get my things clean. It's also a lot quiete than my last one and so I'm very pleased with it.

I'm a big fan of Hotpoint. Easy to use. Washing is okay, but hasn't spun a couple of washes, they have come out soaking. What is the point in buying a 9kg machine when it doesn't spin if it's full (less than 9kg). Drying takes hours if you want dry towels or bedding, but come out really soft. Instructions are poor, lots of signs on the panel that are unexplained in the instructions. They are really not helpful.

So far so good, very quiet machine & easy to use

Super quiet, can run overnight and it doesn’t wake anyone up! Programmes are a bit complicated to work out but getting there now. Initial long cycle times when setting a programme often seem to reduce, sometimes by half, depending on how much washing is in the drum. Dries well. No complaints yet! Easy to plumb in but you might need a waste extension and long inlet hose if you’re more than a metre from the drain / water source.
