Product was faulty so had to revert to my original brand as a precaution as I didn't know if the replacement would be any better plus the connection charges would have been additional.

Quietest and best washer/dryer I have ever owned. Spin cycle is superb and the steam refresh is an excellent addition I have never known I needed til I got this machine!

Great washing machine with an effective drying cycle Enough load capacity for three people with room to spare; easy to use and install. Only negative would be it is slightly noise on the skin cycle, this having been said the clothes do come out with very little dampness on them so probably just simply the speed it spins at.

Bought this for my sons new flat so unfair for me to compare against my machine that has a lot more functionality and is very quiet. But, it does what it's supposed to and the end results were fine.
