So far so good. Very easy to use and whilst replacing an aga, thought I would struggle to adapt but very clear and obvious manual on thr differing cookers, and induction hobs helped to get right into the swing of things. Love the cooker.

When it works it’s good Purchased a top end Rangemaster range cooler as their reputation is good and have had two Rangemaster cookers before ( the cooker this was replacing however was not a Rangemaster but was great , just old ) The first cooker never made it into the house as it was broken on arrival ( NOT broken in transit as I watch as it was unpacked) AO who have been brilliant in all this Arranged for a replacement but not until the following week (as they had already removed the old cooker and put in on the van ) we were without a cooker for a weekend The second cooker was installed and one of the induction rings didn’t work Rangemaster wanted to send out engineers to look at and verify the problem They also wanted us to except a repair rather then a replacement (not happening) AO have been great during all of this Rangemaster not so

Excellent ranger cooker far quicker / better than previous gas / electric range. Was expensive but well worth the money.

Have always preferred gas hob but recently took the plunge to get induction and it’s brilliant. Heats really fast and easy and reactive to control temperature. The surface cools down quickly after cooking and is wonderfully easy to clean. The zonal cooking is also clever and good for griddling. Really happy with this cooker

The Rangemaster induction hob is excellent. Large clean cooking surface, all the advantages of induction cooking, easy controls

This product is good but only given 4 stars due to one of the induction hobs being faulty. This has been reported to Stoves and a technician has visited. He can't fix until a new part received. Stoves tell me it's out of stock so I'm without a hob for a few weeks. Apparently this is a common fault with these ranges so the technician tells me. Mine was the 2nd call for this problem that day and he'd had 3 the day before. Also 4 stars due to no user manual supplied with the cooker. Apparently Stoves have stopped printing them and expect customers to print their own from the website. Not good enough Stoves - sort it out. Having said all that this no way reflects on AO's service which has been first class throughout and would have received 5 stars.
