Having always wanted a gas hob my partner insisted on induction, I wasn’t so keen but nevertheless we purchase the range master Nexus fully electric induction hob and cooker. And well to say my mind has been changed is an understatement. The hob is so easy to use, heats up faster than any oven I’ve ever had, and when the pan is about to boil over, turning the heat down is instant and as effective as removing the pan. The grill is great, I love that you have the option to have the full grill on or half when grilling less food. I haven’t used all the functions of the oven yet as there are so many! But the ones I have were amazing! The griddle that comes with the oven is fully none stick and cooks chicken and steak fantastically. The hob wipes down so easily after use and nothing so far has stuck to the top with drips from the utensils as the only part that’s hot is under the pan. Considering we battled over which oven to purchase, in this case I will admit he chose the right one and I’m really happy we have this range

So far so good after using for a month. Cooks home made pizza well and various big joints of meats have been very juicy. The induction hobs seem really responsive and intuitive. Overall the product has a really premium feel.

I love this double oven (it is a replacement for the nexus steam version which was faulty - and not brilliant as a valuable second oven just FYI). You can do a lot separately at the same time, grill, fan oven, slow oven and a multifunction 2nd oven which has, amongst all the conventional settings, defrost, electric heat from the bottom and / or heat from the top so you can crisp up pizza or pastry bottoms or pastry tops. I’d say one minor irritation with it is that the oven light button either turns on or off both ovens at the same time rather than independent of each other, but not a dealbreaker. Also, the electronic timer clock a minute Miner is a bit old school (Especially compared to the Nexus theme version which has a much more exact multifunction setting display). All around though, really quite happy with this oven.

I don’t really do reviews but to be frank, we were so impressed with this purchase that I wanted to make an effort to stress how pleased we are with our purchase. It is a lovely thing and the very fact it has the right aesthetic is important. I didn’t realise how important the aesthetic was , until it was slid into place in our new kitchen (which isn’t quite finished yet). Still, we have sneakily used the cooker and hobs and they are safe (important as we have crazy cats) and fast at brining stuff up to temperature. Surfaces wiped clean easily (I am lazy/have a busy work life) which is important to me and the controls are very simple to use. I am very pleased we didn’t cut corners or price and stuck with what we believe we want and I have no complaints. Happy days! (Which is a nice surprise seeing as winter is setting in and we’re going to need a lot of hit food!) Good Luck with your choice. I am very happy with our choice. ??
