AMAZING product LITERALLY no negative things to say it is an extractor and the samsung label gave me that reassurance of the fact i bought a trustworthy brand which only meant i had to register for a warranty. ONE minor negative is the D rating and the Halogen light bulbs but change these to leds and ur set up with a A rated product

This extractor clears a medium sized kitchen of steam in no time , has a long chimney for high ceilings and a finish to the stainless steel which is really easy to clean , and also comes with charcoal filters which a lot of extractors don’t.

A little noisy and does sound like it's not operating correctly at first but this may be down to the fact it's a brand new unit. Other than that I am really happy with the product

Tried other stores to source this Samsung extractor and a.o had a service that would email you when the particular item was back in stock. After I placed the order it was here 2 days later this is the third time I have ordered from these guys and can't fault them.
