I am pleased with my purchase, except the lack of information written in English. I would have liked to register my product for its guarantee, but had no option to do this either.

Looks great and really easy to use. Quite loud though but haven't had one for a while to compare it to. Lifts odours well.

This is a decent extractor fan but the minimum height is misleading because the duct cover has to slot an inch into the top of the fan unit. The fan unit has to be mounted first. This means you need to add 1-2 inches onto the minimum height of the product from the ceiling to slide the duct cover in.

Great looking hood, seems to have a decent extraction on it (we have it in venting mode but works in recirculation mode too). Only down side (and it's very annoying) is the light doesn't seem to be able to be used on its own - as soon as you turn the light on the fan comes on as well. Samsung technical help have been contacted but no response yet....

A good looking unit. Quite loud but not really an issue. Instructions were not clear on the things needed and included for recirculation set up and samsungs chat help wasn't much help so I brought some other things that I didn't need in the end.

As a DIYer it was a little tricky to fit but that’s just me. The product itself looks good now it’s fitted, modern and sharp looking. Functionality wise the extraction is very strong but what comes with that is noise. Doesn’t bother me at all but if that thought of thing will bother you check the specs for the noise rating.

I am generally pleased with the product. I installed it myself without too much difficulty. It looks great but it is really very loud. I had read that before purchasing but the good looks got the better of me!
