This product does the job it is designed for very efficiently and is a joy to cook with. Comes with a charcoal box filter which was a bonus.

Great extractor. Came with a carbon filter included and it's overall power leaves the kitchen smokeless and fresh. Love the LED lights, super bright!

Got this item for a new kitchen. It looks really smart and works brilliantly. I find it works so well for getting rid of strong cooking odours even on the low setting. The fan is also really quiet.

Very nice coverage over the hob, great lighting, is a little noisy on fan operation but no worse than my old extractor fan. Pleased with this purchase.

The hood is powerful and filters well. The lights are nice and bright and it looks sleek. Dispite what the description said it did come with a carbon filter. However it apperared to be missing a internal tube, being sorted via Samsung with no hassle. Fitting instructions over all are simple and comes with a helpful template for getting the drill holes in the right place. The fitting instructions could have been a little better/ clearer in places such as when showing how to use the template (shows it landscare when it needs to be portrait) that said it fitted just where i wanted it first time.

Fantastic service as always and a very competitive price and the price was matched to another online company who was marginally cheaper. Delivery was great and I knew precisely when to expect it. Thank you ??
