It stopped working after 5 minutes of first use!! Samsung Customer Service Terms are RIDICULOUS!! Luckily, managed to get a Replacement product Thanks to AO.com after waiting over 2 weeks!!

Lovely looking but the fan failed within three weeks of use. Parts are out of stock. Replacement hood is out of stock. So I'm left with a refund and having to start from scratch. Disappointed.

Shown signs of rust on the top part of the hood after it was mounted. Good extraction but would not recommend to anyone because of the rust on the stainless steel. Would attach a photo, but do not have the option .

just had this fitted to new kitchen 22/11/18 and disappointed, speeds are too fast. number 1 speed is too fast and noisy, and 2 3 and boost are very noisy. waste of money go for something else.

It has 3 speed motor with additional boost speed. I don't understand why the lowest speeds are so fast and thus extremely loud.

Very poor service. Missing carbon filter and still waiting for it to arrive from Samsung Not impressed
