It's a good machine, however there is a lack of a 1h cycle, the 30min quick wash is OK for low levels of dirt. The other thing about it I'm less impressed with is the spin speed, it's max 1400 but most programmes use a slower speed. This leaves the washing wetter than our old machine and harder to dry.

Really pleased with this washing machine, it is so quiet and has settings which cover all needs from short washes, eco and editable settings. It is so quiet and was a great upgrade to our previous hot point which needed replacing.

Having only used it a few times it seems as gOod as our last Hotpoint washing machine we had. Our last one was a very good buy

Spin not so good and quite noisy 'duration of cycles far to long

Great product. I would have liked an instruction book instead of a sheet of paper. The print quality is not great and some print is very small whuch is difficult for people who are visually impaired to read. It should also be noted that not everyone has access to a printer.

Very quiet and stable operation. Only possible minus is the door catch is not very robust - I prefer something a bit more solid. Good choice of programs.

Great purchase from AO. Very efficient washer, clothes are coming out really clean and the spin is great so drier clothes especially towel. Good options and love the steam option.

Have used the machine a handful of times now and I honestly can say I don't regret it. The capacity is ideal for a family of five. It's much quieter than my previous machine and it spins the clothes well.
