    Fantastic product

The product does exactly as it said in the description, I am very pleased with my choice and I can't recommend AO enough for their quality service and support.

Failed 3 weeks out of warranty

    1/5
Bought from AO on 7/10/2020. Today is 6/11/2021 and it failed last week, handily for Panasonic, 3 weeks out of warranty. The output power is down to half what it should be (Checked by heating 1Kg of water for 1 minute. Temperature rise was just 5.5 deg C.) Unfortunately, I can't give it zero stars.

Great microwave but very cheap quality stainless steel

    2/5
Maybe I just got a bad one but after six great month of ownership the stainless steel on the outside started to rust. Panasonic were useless and didn't want to help at all worst service ever. Thanks god I bought it from AO who were amazing and refunded me. Whilst getting it ready for collection, I cleaned the interior and also noticed rust inside the microwave. We followed manufacture guides on cleaning using damp cloth and lemon. I can't believe such an expensive item bearing in mind I had a previous Panasonic microwave for 7 year without any issues. Even in my kitchen the oven, hob and extractor fan are stainless and all look like new. Its also a fingerprint Magnet so needs constant wiping. Size is amazing for a big family with a big turn table will miss it greatly. Have since bought a sage 3 in 1 micro expensive but you get what you pay.

Complex programming , too expensive to simply use for reheating

    3/5
Complex to start with but hopefully when I am able to learn all the programs it will be ok Differing advice from Panasonic whether it can be fitted into a unit

    It’s ok.

Had I not already owned ( but not defunct after 4years....) a more expensive Panasonic convection microwave oven, with flat bed technology and a steamer function, top down opening door (VERY handy), I would be fairly impressed with this, but I’m not. The door open button is wobbly(feels cheap) the fan at the back is quite loud/noisy and sounds cheap. I’ve a fair few oblong and square dishes that, with the round rotating plate, just will not fit. For convection cooking there is no shelving, everything needs to fit on the round disc and rotate. Why?? Finger marks/ wipe marks, the pain of the modern stainless steel look......if it had been finished with the nice sparkle coating on the top, then no issue with marks....it just never looks clean! Still it cooks but for the price, I’m dissatisfied.

    Generous internal size, efficient

    3/5
We bought this combi microwave as a replacement for a previous Sanyo machine which had served us well for many years. In comparison this model has a larger turntable that actually accommodates a whole chicken (good), but is somewhat lighter, which means it slides about when you operate it (annoying). It is also quite noisy whilst heating and the fan stays on after switching off The oven cooks from the top and is very efficient do I have been able to reduce the cooking time for some items. The microwave is fine..but I am used to being able to set a number (750/900 etc.) Whereas this has High/medium etc. so again some learning to adjust required. In general though - a good size, nice looking and easy to operate for the basics (haven't tried the fancy programming yet - haven't needed to)

Good combination microwave with a few minor issues

    4/5
Nice and simple to use microwave combi oven. Can set the time to as low as 10 seconds on microwave which is useful. Large space and generally works well. Just a couple of minor dislikes so far. The convection oven needs a while to warm up first, so you have to add at least 5 minutes to the normal cooking time. The fan goes on for a long time after even using the microwave for just 3 minutes.
