Good product which has passed the test of time. Same Model has been sold for years. Unfortunately the base is uneven so does not sit flush on the work surface and the feet are not adjustable. Hower a bit of rubber shim on one of the feet has cured the problem.

Our family has bought this product for the second time because of its quality, reliability and pleasing design to suit any kitchen.

Bought as a strait replacement for my old Panasonic combination microwave which had sadly died after 15 years. I am delighted with it. It’s updated, with extra features so the controls are slightly different but still easy to understand. The convection oven is a little more fierce than my old one but I find reducing suggested temperatures by 10 degrees works well.

We've had the older model of this microwave,it lasted 22 yrs if this last as long Win Win in my book!

This purchase was made as a direct replacement for our Panasonic which had reached a grand old age, having served us faultlessly. My five stars are given for both an exemplary transaction and for the microwave itself, which does what it says on the tin; and it does A LOT. We have already put it through its paces and cannot praise the machine enough. It is responsive across the range of functions and the clarity of the button markings themselves matches the easy to comprehend guidelines in the accompanying Booklet. Just great.

Bought as a replacement for an older version of this model which has given excellent service. It has a few improvements to the last one like a fast ceramic grill which heats up in seconds a quick 30 seconds button which can set the cooking time up to 5 mins by simply pressing the button. A chaos Defrost which uses a random sequence of pulsing microwave energy which speeds up the defrosting process. A great price and l couldn’t be more happy with this purchase

Neat design. Has all the functions of my old model which lasted 33 years! Have tried 3 different functions with good results. I like the shiny steel interior which is easy to clean as is the glass turntable plate. I don't often buy pizza but as a treat I tried one on the rack above the metal and glass plate, absolutely perfect. Will definitely do that again. Always cooks a perfect jacket potato. I think inputting the weight of the item on some programmes gives a much better result.
