    A Way To Improve Service

    3/5
Product delivered and old removed. Everything as advertised. The two staff could offer to remove new microwave from packaging and place as required. Awkward to do alone with bulky and heavy item, especially into elevated position. Could have been an expensive drop.

    Excellent microwave oven

Great features. Each to use. Easy to clean. Wanted a second oven for my small kitchen and this is perfect. Can use it like main oven but can cook using microwave and oven together and the results are really good. If you buy this try the roast chicken option. Chicken comes out with crispy skin and really moist. Great buy

    Very nice looking Appliance

Wanted a white microwave but had trouble finding one, until i saw this Panasonic. Everything i wanted, White, Stainless Steel inside, which i think is the best, so easy to keep clean - just a wipe. No chance of it cracking in the corners like other types of insides in other microwaves.

    Panasonic Combi Oven

It's early days yet and the Instruction Booklet needs to be simplified as I am finding it complicated, but the microwave is working and is more powerful than my old microwave. I would prefer that you book someone and they come round and show you how it works. You press the button for microwave but you have to punch the button above next to the grill for the length of time required, and everything has to be weighed. Also there are no up to date videos showing that particular model, which might help. The service from AO was excellent.

    A wonderful surprise!

This microwave oven is brilliant! I kept my previous MW too long till it died: 10 years at least. So this super-duper top of the range has choices galore making my cooking much tastier and ready to eat. Thank you ao for providing such super delivery right into my kitchen and removing the packaging and the old gadget clear away. What service!!

Not only does it look good, but it also does the job!

I was very reticent about replacing mother-in-law's microwave oven (which is 20+ years old and going rusty), but this one seems to be a winner so far. I baked a cake in the oven department as its first task, after the statutory mug of water, and that turned out well. I was struggling a bit with timings with the combination of oven and microwave as I couldn't find examples in the book, but I guess with a bit of trial and error I'll work it out. cottage pie will probably work better with grill and microwave as the oven bit didn't really brown the top nicely, but I'm happy to keep playing as I (and the newly appointed carers) work through the stash of frozen and fresh 'meals for one' for her!

Beware the Quartz Grill during Baking....

Compact and Neat. Takes up less space on the worktop than previous 32L Combi. However it uses the Quartz Grill during Convection Mode or Combination Mode. This is fine for Meat or Jacket Potatoes, but burns the top of Cakes. I've adjusted time/temperature but now have Soggy Bottoms! Biscuits cooked directly on the enamel tray are fine, but you can only cook on one level which is surprising for a Fan Oven.
