Hopefully as reliable as our last Panasonic microwave(10+ years) looks a bit retro with square edges but has all the bells and whistles. Great so far, hopefully for many a year to come.

Very much like our previous Panasonic Combi, except for a jerkiness to the turntable when it's rotating. This didn't seem right, so I contacted AO for help. Whilst on the phone to a very helpful, professional Lisa, she spoke to Panasonic, who then spoke with me whilst Lisa was still there on the call. Panasonic assured me that it was normal for this model - something to do with a high tolerance between spindle & driveshaft? Anyway, Lisa offered me the choice of having the item collected & a refund made, so I could buy a different model, or to keep it. I couldn't ask for more - very impressed with AO.

My old microwave oven died of old age and hard work, but it had always been so satisfactory that I chose as identical a replacement as possible. The new one is white instead of cream and the instructions are slightly different - even more easy to use if anything. I wish the door would open wider. That is my only complaint.

This is a very well made product. All functions appear to operate well, although we have had this only a week and it takes some getting used to. My only criticism is that the instruction booklet is over complicated, five pages of safety instructions before one gets started!! It would be a better idea to have a separate booklet for recipes.

Have not used the Panasonic NN-CT55JWBPQ 27 Litre Combination Microwave Oven enough to rate thoroughly or honestly but so far so good. Bought this model as I previously had another older model. AO delivered promptly and at the time stipulated.

First time using Microwave oven, cooked a roast chicken on Sunday, absolutely delicious. It is surprisingly quick and easy to follow the instruction. Have not tried to cook anything else yet, hence 4*, so far so good.

I bought this to replace another Panasonic with the same features which decided to stop working after 12 years or so. From memory, this model was £100 less than I paid last time so microwaves are steadily decreasing in price. It microwaves food, bakes potatoes and cooks pizzas. Great for when I don't want to use my main oven for a small item. This model isn't as solidly built or as heavy as my previous microwave. I can push this microwave backwards when I'm pressing the latch to open the door. It's a small annoyance which stops me giving the machine a five star rating.

Very good product, with programs to suit virtually every food you can think of. Dropped one star as it tends to slide when you push the ‘open’ button.
