Very good. Easy to use and looks good. The only slight problem is putting the metal tray in for convection cooking in the correct position. Sometimes it sounds like the tray is catching on the sides of the oven if has moved over. I was very pleased with the delivery, unpacking and recycling service.

Great Panasonic microwave to replace our previous 25 year old one. Does exactly as described, easy to set up following the clear instructions before use. Great multi purpose microwave oven. Simple to operate and very efficient.

I can't fault this product,well it is the fourth time I've bought the same model over the years.Can't think of any negatives but many,many positives.It always cooks perfectly and it is so easy to use.

We have always had just a microwave but when that broke we decided to try a combination microwave oven. We love it. We have a few Panasonic machines and love them and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint. It’s so easy to use and it cooks beautifully . So pleased we bought it.
