Fab u lous product saves time and electricity. Microwave way more efficient than my old one and the oven cooks pizzas, jacket spuds and roasts to perfection. Only down side is - I can't boil an egg for my soldiers ??

So far, though not yet made use of the full range of facilities, this is a versatile addition to the kitchen that is cost effective and more environmentally friendly than a conventional oven.

A modern version of my previous combi microwave which lasted nine years. I never had any trouble with the last one until the bulb went and decided to replace rather than go down the repair route. It has a nice modern look and fits well into my small kitchen. I only used it as a microwave so cannot vouch for the oven/grill components. But like to have the choice should I want to use them, especially in view of electricity prices.

All ways have panasonic and when my last one went to the happy hunting ground it wasn’t difficult choosing a replacement if this one last has long as my previous one ( 7years ) i will be more than happy ??

It's early days yet and the Instruction Booklet needs to be simplified as I am finding it complicated, but the microwave is working and is more powerful than my old microwave. I would prefer that you book someone and they come round and show you how it works. You press the button for microwave but you have to punch the button above next to the grill for the length of time required, and everything has to be weighed. Also there are no up to date videos showing that particular model, which might help. The service from AO was excellent.

Lovely item . It replaces a Panasonic microwave which is still working after 12 years. This is an upgrade to include convection oven and grill. We gave used it daily and I am busy converting oven recioes yo a cheaper convection micro combined .very efficient snd saves electricity. Have great expectations for many good meals without using a full oven .
