Started to fail after 18 months

    1/5
Was OK to start with but some of the autocook programs don't cook the food fully so you can't go by the times displayed when cooking other food yo go with whatever is in the microwave After 18 months light use its started to switch off mid cook, not what you expect at this price point or age, had my previous microwave over 10 years

Not what I expect from Panasonic

Had 2 of these. First one the door came apart inside. The replacement let steam out past the door. Had Panasonic microwaves for many years and was very satisfied with them. This model not up to their usual standard.

    Poor quality item!

If I could give minus stars I would! Bought this as a Christmas present and it came up with H97 fault (electrical) after 2 months of use. Had to wait approx 3 weeks for an engineer (apparently due to covid!). I tried to get extra warranty from the supplier due to waiting so long but that was a no go. I have no faith in Panasonic or the quality of their products. I have a panasonic TV and DVD/Video recorder but after seeing how bad the quality is now I will stick with cheaper brands

    Faulty item trips house supply

Brand new out of the box and it trips the RCD for the house every time you push the button to open the door. We did it numerous times. I think it’s an earth fault on the light that comes on when the door is opened

    lasted less than 1 year

In our family we have bought 4 of these over the years and they have been great BUT the last one stopped working at 10months old . Contacted Panasonic as recommended by AO(dissatisfied AO didn't deal with this as it was purchased from them ). Panasonic arranged engineer visit who took it away for a week and arranged a repair ,once they had been sent proof of purchase via AO downloaded receipt. It should arrive back today .....wonder how long it will last . All in all a disappointing encounter with the product and AO. Panasonic at least repair but still feel let down all round.

    Nearly caught fire

5 uses and the thing nearly caught fire around its door while using the microwave. It’s door melted at the top right inside filling the kitchen with smoke. Waiting for it’s replacement as I type this review, can’t help wondering if the replacement will do the same.

    Two bad ones!

First was damaged in transit by courier and the replacement just kept switching itself off mid program, no error code no visible reason!
