It's a really nice, easy to use compact microwave. My previous one was a similar Panasonic, I had that for about 12 years so hopefully this one will last just as long!

I was a bit disappointed because it was different to my previous microwave which was operated by a knob instead of buttons to press and a bit confusing with all the different combinations!

Bought this one day and it was delivered the next, perfect! Easy to use with well written manual.
