This item replaces an old Panasonic microwave, which I thought was good but this product is ??% better. I have only tried a few of the functions at the moment, defrost was easy & fast using the auto function. I would definitely recommend this product.

The microwave works well and the capacity is generous, just what we were looking for!

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. It has lots of features and looks good. The only reason I haven’t awarded it 5 stars is that it’s a bit hard to remember how many times you have to press the automatic programmes for some foods eg. For ‘potatoes’, you press the button once for baked, twice for boiled etc. I keep having to refer back to the instruction manual!
