Wanted to replace our 10 year old microwave with a basic but roomy model by the same manufacturer. This was easy to do with AO’s filtering. The model has changed in that it is contact buttons not a dial, but it seems to be doing exactly as I would want.

Great product works like a dream and I can set seconds instead of having to guess what thirty seconds looks like on a dial. It’s very easy to clean and in the two weeks I have owned it everything has been perfect

Appears to be the usual Panasonic quality. Have only used a few times, but programmes and operation all fine.

Replacement for previous Panasonic microwave that we purchased 15 years ago. Hoping this item will have similar longevity. Large turntable which is perfect for casserole cookware etc. Particularly impressed with the 30 second quick cook feature. The only negative is that I am finding some of the buttons hard to press and end up pushing the microwave backwards.

The product its self is good but it had a damaged hinge which was lifting the door and clicking. AO would not replace it., because I had used it. I had to use it to find tge problem. Not a good experience. Had to return it and loose 10% of the cost. Very unhappy.

Loved my old Panasonic microwave, love my new one too. Slightly different programmes from the old version, but the preset options are easy to use and it's straightforward to set your own cooking times etc if you prefer. It's a good size too, so you can defrost or heat a couple of different things in different containers at the same time. Easy to clean as well, inside and out. Just hoping it lasts as long as the old one did. That managed 12 years of daily use.
