Nice little machine Easy to follow instructions Love it

Hi, the oven is of good quality and I'm happy with the purchase. But, there is a but! My old oven was bad (I'm still celebrating the day it broke) but it had a simple feature: if you pressed the "quick 30s" button while cooking, it would add 30s to the remaining cooking time. Well, this one won't let you do it. The 30s button is disabled while cooking. There is a separate function to add time, but you need to press multiple buttons and strangely it only lets you add minutes (i.e. no less than 1 minute)! Even more strangely, you can add multiples of 10s if you execute the same function after the cooking time has ended (you can add time without having to open the door first). There are three buttons to add time, a +10s button which is disabled while cooking, a +1min which always works and a +10mins which I will never use. It's a pity because the oven is good and this looks like something that could be easily fixed in the firmware.

We bought this as a replacement for our very loyal old Panasonic microwave. Wow how they have improved it. Easy controls , quieter, quicker, more powerful, great preset cooking modes, and much smarter in the stainless steel as opposed to plastic. A great improvement, well done Panasonic.

I’ve had microwaves in the past but this one seriously has to be the best, it’s size is perfect for our busy family, very easy to clean and has a massive choice of things to cook, reheat and defrost.

Very happy with the microwave but have only used a few functions so far. It was bought for my elderly father and so would have been helpful if the writing on the buttons was larger for him to see. Delivery was quick and efficient with no problems. Overall happy.
