It is a very good microwave / oven. The discription of the product is very misleading though. In the discription it states that there is no power cable or plug and needs to be hard wired. That is not the case at all. It has a normal cable & a 3 pin plug to my relief. Like i said it is a first class product.

Nice range of functions- oven functions well. Instruction manuals not great. Wifi options still means you need to press start. I had hoped it would be able to be turned on virtually. Tied up and dinner needs to be started- not sure point of wifi

GREAT OVEN,does just about everything,found it easy to set up,spent a bit of time doing the SmartThings on phone,not sure how often i will use it But have microwaved and oven cooked,not used steam yet,but should be easy,did air fry some chicken went ok,so happy with purchase,looks good in unit ,have not used cleaning yet

The on/off switch and 6 function icons (buttons) are lightly etched (in white) on black glass next to the light up display. Why don't they light up? They are almost impossible to see in most circumstances. Also, each time you open the oven door you are required to "press" continue cooking after closing the door again (eg, after stirring, or checking the food); why doesn't it just restart when the door is closed? If you don't do this each time your food won't cook. In so many ways this should be a brilliant oven, but in reality it's not. Designed by engineers (and accountants) with no input from cooks and users!

It's a very intuitive oven to use and it heats up really quick. It's a really nice size too internally and looks really smart. It has lots of great options and the controls are much simpler than many others I've tried. So without a doubt a massive improvement over my previous oven, and was fitted and tested in about 10 mins by the very professional fitting team. The only two criticisms I have are as follows: 1. The controls are not back-lit. This is not great when the kitchen is dark as you can't switch it on or continue cooking after opening the door. I got around this by putting a couple of tiny self adhesive sticky rubber dots next to the on/off and pause / start positions. 2. Despite being one of the reasons that I chose this oven, the phone app is not very useful: I had assumed I could preheat the oven on my way home, but all you seem to be able to do is send it the cook settings, but you need to physically hit start on the oven to get it heating up. I would definitely recommend this oven. It's very versatile, smart and intuitive.

Very pleased with this combination microwave oven. Many useful functions, not explored them all yet! Good clear instruction manual to download and I’m finding the smart app fun to use.
