Good communications, accomdating driver and mate. Looks like a good product. Word of warning though don't leave the liquid detergent divider in place, store it in the slot provider. Other wise soapy bubbles come out of the machine. Unclear instructions

I'm absolutely loving my new Hotpoint washing machine I ordered from AO.COM this is the second white goods item I have ordered from AO.COM, there website is easy to use, delivery exactly when requested with a 4 hour window given on the morning of deliver which was so handy. The machine is so quiet has lots of choice of settings and a huge 10kg drum enabling washing of duvets/dog beds etc. Highly recommend both AO.COM and Hoover.

Brilliant washing machine. Extremely pleased with the integral programmes available. Ultra quiet. Inverter motor? (My husband understands that) Would thoroughly recommend.
