It’s terrific. I simply love it. I thought I’d need to go to university to learn how to use it. Now have the hang of it. Takes a third of the time of my last one. So quiet first few times had to check it was working. My last machine a Hotpoint was at least 15 years old so if this lasts as long it will see me out. Not a thing I don’t like.

Love this new washer! As a fabulous quick wash setting with choices of spin speeds too! It’s so quiet! I actually had to check that it was still on! Looks really smart and has an 8kg drum too!

My neighbours also have a Hotpoint, which I've used temporarily and liked. Having compared products, I decided on this model which was on special offer and has a smaller weight capacity that suits my needs. So far I'm happy, it washes in less than half the time of my old machine.

I am really happy with this machine. Purchased to replace an old Hoover machine that I had never really been happy with, so I decided to try a different brand. I'm happy I went with this Hotpoint, it cleans incredible well, and has a good selection of settings. It is also really quiet on spin compared to my old machine, which you had to shout over to be heard when spinning. With the Hotpoint I do not even realise its finished its cycle due to how quiet it is!
