Works fine however had to but my own hose as the one it cane with leaked

I am absolutely horrified at the length of time each wash is programmed for, three hours and 19 minutes for the 30 to 40° wash, unbelievable! Sadly my clothes, being fairly old, will certainly not survive! fortunately my daughter has pointed out that there is a 45 minute wash so I shall have to use that for everything. Makes all the other programs totally pointless doesn’t it Badly done. Hotpoint, I had my last Hotpoint for 22 years, with none of these stupidities!

This product seemed great at first, then, after just two and a half months of careful use, it ceased drawing power. We are now having to wait for a Hotpoint engineer to attend to try and rectify the problem. Very poor. I would have expected a machine to last far longer than a mere two and a half months before any issue arose. As such, would be highly unlikely to purchase any Hotpoint products ever again.

Unfortunately after having a machine for 14 years which had so many was cycle options but sadly gave up, this purchase was disappointing it’s much noisier and the options are minimal and mostly at 40degs where I previously used 30 on my old machine will see if this lasts 14 years!

I wish I had kept my old machine. I have had nothing but problems with this machine, the first one that I received never worked! It had multiple faults with it, so it was exchanged. The one I have works, but I am very unhappy with it, first of all it is VERY noisy!! Noisier than my 8yr old machine! Not only is it loud but it’s screeches! The noise is horrific. Secondly, the machine gets so hot and radiates so much heat that it makes my kitchen boiling, even on a 40 wash it was hot enough to slightly burn me when I touched the glass door. This machine has also not spun a few times, leaving a pool of water in the bottom. As for the extremely long cycles… I ignored other peoples reviews about how long the cycles were, but please don’t underestimate how long they truly are, I’ve found a few washes I can use, but I am unable to use a majority of the washing machines full features and all bar 2 wash cycles as they are between 2.5-over 4 hours long! So far my washing has come out clean, which is literally the only positive from this machine, but if I had a choice, I would throw this one out and get a new one. So disappointed

It seems very noisy when spinning even when just a small load also it move across space.

I've had various makes of washing machines over 50years of being a housewife, including a Hotpoint. I've never been so disappointed in an expensive purchase as I have been in this one. The programmes are mostly very long, even with a button that states a shortening of some chosen programmes - the spin circles are all pretty ineffective, no matter what time they give, leaving my washing much wetter than I want to put in a tumble dryer. I wish I had researched more before making a choice and I would NOT have bought this model - a much cheaper option could have been a much better buy. Sorry Hotpoint, but will neve buy again!

Great looking product,Like the 45 min full load option but when it spins it’s quite loud.
