Some cycles leave the clothes a bit wet & needing an extra spin & drain but other than that it’s a decent machine for the money (we got it on sale)

Hello. I've had the machine for a week or so, and only used it once. Thought it was a bit noisy to be honest but time will tell, maybe it is just different. Worse was AO, they cancelled the delivery the day before, after waiting over two weeks for it, and coming down from London for it. For that i only got £39 compensation, not enough. If you make a mistake, be honest about it and provide decent compensation. Michael

It's a nice and neat washing machine and easy to use, but it's very loud when running

Quiet and washes ok. But I only use the 45 minute wash option as all the others take nearly 2 hours. Also there is no indication when to pour the fabric softener in for the final rinse, which is annoying.

Fair value for money. Settings are minimal but has anti allergy settings. 1400 spin which is adequate. The door is rather stiff and doesn’t open very wide. The instructions were confusing as one sheet said it had 3 transit bolts the other said4. Beware of the large internal block of polystyrene underneath. Machine needs to be laid down to remove this.

Plus points: Smaller than most other washing machines so fits in the gap in my kitchen. Quick wash function is good - 45 minutes for a full load. Minus points: much noisier than my old Hotpoint and makes a whining noise throughout the wash cycle. A lot of the way cycles are very long - 3:40 for 40°cottons and 2:55 for 40° synthetics.

Happy with the product, the only thing is the spin is very loud.

Not as good as the old Indeset was which did a full load white 60 degree wash in under 2 hrs and also had AAA energy efficiency rating but it will do . Very pleases with how efficient AO delivered and installed it .
