Overall the machine is fine and operates well. We have noticed that there is a small amount of water left in the soap dispenser and in the rubber door seal at the end of the washing cycle. Annoyingly my t-shirt had a brown stain across the front after the first wash. It has been fine since.

A good value machine for a small household. One of the few machines that is less than 60cm deep, so fits nicely under the worktop. It can wash a full load in 45 minutes, although some of the programmes are much longer. I've always had Hotpoint washing machines and hope that this one will match its predecessors in terms of reliability and length of service. Hotpoint offer free replacement parts for 10 years, but only if fitted by their engineers, at their rates.

Good washing machine - handy 45 mins full load was option. Had it installed so was hassle free. Only complaint is that it is a little bit noisier than I expected.

Simple dial, easy to operate, large door. Much quicker and quieter than my last machine. Love the speed you can open the door after program finished. Took a while to work out the detergent drawer as instructions are tiny! There is a large void in the middle of the drawer I assumed it was for powder and the other for liquid detergent, turns out after watching YouTube it's not for anything!!! FYI it's the curved front part detergent goes in and the blue back part is for fabric softener. Took a long time to remove the 4 bolts which stabilise the drum for delivery. Box spanner needed and no removal tool supplied, bolts were very tight, recommend you pay the fitting charge if you do not have an array of tools. Bought graphite colour and it blends well in kitchen. Great price, great delivery. Recommended.??
