Brilliant washing machine , only takes 30 mins on cool wash, spin is very good, clothes come out nearly dry. Lots of different cycles to suit everyone. Really pleased with my purchase.

Big and roomy and very quiet. This looks great in my kitchen. It has wheels and can move around a little if you're enthusiastic with opening the doors. This is really, really handy for cleaning though, so I wouldn't swap it and would buy it again.

i am extremely pleased with this machine, having previously had an earlier model for more than 10 years. Controls are easy to use and the program time display is very useful. Already it is working hard with full loads at least 4 times a week as my husband is confined to bed due to a severe stroke over a year ago. I can definitely recommend this product.

I've had various makes of washing machines over 50years of being a housewife, including a Hotpoint. I've never been so disappointed in an expensive purchase as I have been in this one. The programmes are mostly very long, even with a button that states a shortening of some chosen programmes - the spin circles are all pretty ineffective, no matter what time they give, leaving my washing much wetter than I want to put in a tumble dryer. I wish I had researched more before making a choice and I would NOT have bought this model - a much cheaper option could have been a much better buy. Sorry Hotpoint, but will neve buy again!
