Great Machine nice and quiet and very good service off AO cheers

So far so good. Done a couple of washes, nice big drum, very quiet machine & some good options. I’ve used quick wash several times & happy with the results. Unfortunately 1st machine was faulty so had to be exchanged- hence 4 stars.

Quiet, I can barely hear it when it is working through it cycles, it has different ones you can select to suit your needs. Very easy to navigate and use. Great value too, would recommend this washer for a small-mid family.

Good range of washing programmes which are clearly marked and easy to operate. Efficient energy rating. Washes efficiently and spin dries well. Looks good too.

A perfect washing machine for a single or couple household. Worked straight away. Easy to understand and use. Simple and more affordable. Also a very stylish looking product. Only slight downfall is the capacity 7kg but as said before good for small loads and quick!

This is the third Hotpoint washing machine I have owned and each one has gotten worse for the length of time it takes to do a wash cycle. All I want to be able to do is choose a temperature to wash at, be able to add an extra rinse cycle if I wish, have the choice of all the spin speeds, and for the cycle itself to not last an inordinate amount of time!! This machine allows for many different choices, however, to be able to do a wash in the less time of approximately 30 or 45 minutes, you cannot choose an extra rinse or the top speed of 1400. Who wants to be waiting hours on end for a wash cycle to be done. Most people would like to be able to take advantage of any good weather to hang out the washing to dry and save money on dryer costs, but you can be waiting hours and if you've more than one wash cycle that needs to be done, potentially you could be waiting for 3 to 7 hours! Ridiculous!! Probably most machines are the same. I don't know why the manufacturers do this, who cares what the cycle is called, Anti-Allergy, Duvet, Wool, Synthetics, etc. could anyone tell the difference? All you need to know is the temperature, and what speed it will spin at, and for it not to take half a day to complete!!! This rather negative review does not however reflect on purchasing from AOL, everything was absolutely fine with ordering on line, and delivery was when expected. Would recommend AOL 100%.

Great looking machine, easy to use and wide selection of programmes. Very quite running even on spin.
