Loud, a bit slow like all the heat pump dryers I am told. but OK so far a week in about 20 loads

Love it! Dries efficiently. Not too noisy. Easy to empty water tray and filters. Laundry game changer! Only thing that could be improved is some sort of indication of how long is left of the cycle. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

So far it’s been ok. The energy rating though under the instructions applies to a couple of the drying programmes. Not the whole thing. I was told differently by customer service. So I’m a bit miffed maybe staff member didn’t have the correct information. Anyway it’s ok I guess, but it seems that this dryer could have so much go wrong with it. I’ve already had issues filter light flashing when I’d already cleaned. Luckily I managed to reset by fiddling around. Couldn’t find info on instructions on exactly what to do if that happens. Other than that I’m gonna keep going with it. Any more problems though. I will be either contacting customer service

Quieter than my old condenser and the cupboard it sits in does not get too hot as it did with the old one. Back to proper buttons at last and sturdy knobs! The filters are easy to clean out and again, feel a lot sturdier than my old dryer (also a hotpoint) Appreciate the ability to select the level of dryness but wonder about the usefulness of a time delay? Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, dry wet washing!!

Easy to use and does the job perfectly. However, doesn't have a clock displaying time remaining.

Quite a capable washing machine, seems to wash well, takes a large load, does what you expect, I’m still working out all the different programmes. The soap dispenser drawer is a little fiddly to remove for cleaning, but other than that, a good machine Overall, very pleased with my purchase

The product is good but we bought it for its energy rating and it's rating is based on one setting only which can only be used some of the time. This is quite disappointing.
