Was dubious about hotpoint after the recalls. However money being to tight to mention (!) we went for it to get a new dryer that was more energy efficient and that worked. Happy with it so far - improved filter system than old - so risk of fire really considered. Also quieter than previous dryer. 4 stars only as too soon to comment on impact on electricity use.

Nice looking machine. Drys clothes quick. Nice and quiet. Large drum. Fab product.

the machine looks really nice and is very quiet. Cycles are long, but that` s okay considering it is quite efficient on energy use. The clothes come out dry and looking good too. I would recommend it, I have no complaints. I would rate it a 9.

Machine is very easy to clean with the two filters & easy to remove the water when it’s on the top unlike old machine where it was on the bottom. Does take longer, but that’s expected with being a heat pump, doesn’t put out loads of heat into the room. Good looking machine and not that loud.

The dryer cycle takes a little longer than our old regular hotpoint aquarious condenser but essentially uses less electricity and more importantly for us doesn't need a second cycle to get things really dry!

Pretty happy with this, would be nice if you could see how much time is remaining, and if it restarted automatically when you close the door again, but otherwise really pleased with it.

Very cheap to run compared to my last one, also very quiet.

Takes a bit longer to dry items than our old condenser drier did, but we expected that. Dries well and lots of drying options. Very happy.
