Intuitive to use,seems to dry clothes completely on the relevant setting, although our washing machine spins clothes such that they are not very wet to begin with. Will have to wait and see re reliability. Service from AO was excellent.

The product performs better than I expected. Sensor drying is accurate. Haven't had to put anything back in once like my last model. Machine is quiet and efficiency is great! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been hesitant to have a tumble dryer for years because of the perceived expense and amount of electricity used. This heat pump dryer is fantastic, it dries cloths in a very natural and delicate way whilst using such a small amount of electricity. Very very happy with our purchase. :-)

Top product. Dries in no time at all also alters the times automatically as the clothes dry to reduce time. Can be plumbed into a waste pipe so you dont have to empty the water manually AND as always top service from ao

The clothes went in went and came out dry. it wasn’t noisy and the electrity smart meter didn’t light up in shades of red and amber.
