So far so good with this machine. We’ve only had it in use a week or so but it performs well and is easy to get to the filters / water tank. As with all sensor dryers, it can sometime leave the odd damp item. But generally the load is as dry as selected on the program and the odd damp thing can always be aired or put back in with the next load. Better with the sensor than without in my opinion. Good machine and we are happy so far.

Nice looking and well built machine. Decided to try a heat pump machine for the first time, although they are typically more expensive to buy we hope to recoup costs over time, and the environmental credentials are good to have. We have only had the machine for a few weeks so too early to say how much we may save over time but it is noticeable that the dryer does not get as hot as our previous condensing machine and therefore does take longer to dry clothes. Clothes do appear to come out with a softer feel though, which may also be a result of the lower temperature, gentler drying. Overall good first impressions.

Very cheap to use unlike my ‘b’ rated drier, quieter and drier clothes better. What not to like? I love the cuddly toy option too. Would highly recommend this machine to all.

We got this to replace a cheap condenser dryer which had earned its keep over the last few years but was worn out. I launder a lot, including towels for a large family and our work. So far so good. Have had this a month. It looks nice, fits lots in, is very quiet, and dries well. It takes a lot longer than the beko but I knew this would be the case with a heat pump. I can’t comment on the economy as our smart meter doesn’t work, but I am praying the claims to be energy efficient are correct, or else I’m having a big bill next month!! I like the settings, and find it dries more delicate things very well. It is very easy to keep the filters clean with a vacuum hose, and it’s easy to empty. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a light in the drum, so the odd sock keeps getting a double cycle! (The old one had a light inside so I do miss it). I like the fact that the heat pump doesn’t produce loads of steam like the condenser driers, so you don’t have to worry about loads of ventilation. Good value and so far so good.

Failed after 14 months - 2 months after the end of the warranty.

Not 100% sure about this yet. It seems to leave clothes very slightly damp which is sometimes ideal but sometimes you want stuff to come out dry. So we always seem to need a second session to fully dry clothes. Lots of YouTube reviews told me to expect 30-50% increase in drying time for these heat pump dryers but it seems to be taking much longer than our old vented dryer.

This appliance has a good energy rating and I know heat pumps are meant to take longer than standard machines to dry but this one pushes our patience. If it says it’ll take two hours to dry we think we’re doing well but often the cycle doesn’t end when you expect it to

Excellent product. Looks good and does everything very well. I live in a flat so this gives me the opportunity to dry my washing when I'm out, although the automatic drying time adjustment drastically reduces the run time. Easy to empty water tray and lint filters. Impressive so far....
