This is my first heat pump tumble dryer and really impressed very intelligent as it senses how dry the clothes are and adjusts the amount of drying time accordingly!

I grew up with a tumble dryer, living in the states, but haven’t had once since living in the UK. Finally splurged! Chose this one based on the good reviews. It’s the first condenser dryer I’ve had/used. I’m enjoying my towels coming out nice and fluffy. What a treat! My only slightly negative observation so far is that the cupboard dry setting (which says the clothes should come out ready to be folded and put away) doesn’t dry them all the way as I’d expect and I find that I need to put them on an extra, short cycle to finish the job. Overall though, I’m very happy with the purchase!

Bought this appliance as an upgrade to my old Condenser and are very impressed. Easy to empty drawer water container and two easy to reach and clean filters. Automatic dry sensing so no need to worry about timing plus different options for different fabrics. Slightly longer drying times due to heat pump technology but found that really only on heavy cottons and towels.Very quiet in operation and saves around 40/45 % electricity than my old dryer. Totally recommend

After my first day of using the tumble dryer, i would have to say that i'm impressed. its quiet when drying and i love the alarm feature that lets you know when its finished.

Read the reviews and watched YouTube review which were all helpful. The clear information, especially around energy’s consumption, was very useful and I am so pleased with my purchase. Tried most of the cycles and all All clothes are dry . Doesn’t even feel like they take a long time! Well worth the buy

This loses a lot less heat to the environment compared to my previous, non-heatpump dryer, so saving me money on electricity. Build quality looks good and it's a good looking machine, but for a higher priced hotpoint, it's not as premium feeling as my other Samsung household appliances. I won't complain though. It cost nearly half as much as the cheapest Samsung tumble dryer when I was shopping. On drying performance, I like that it doesn't dry my clothes to a crisp (better for longevity), even on the cupboard dry target, but this means I leave the door open for airing for an hour after the cycle before I put the clothes away. Would I buy again: yes. If money is no object, I'd get a Samsung.

Very pleased with this machine, so far anyway. It works very well and looks good. Clothes have dried nicely and quite quickly. Delivery from AO was exactly as they had notified us. Well done and many thanks.
