Fantastic machine. This new heat pump technology is amazing. Washing doesn't get too hot so no shrinkage to clothes. Automatically stops when washing is dry. Lots of different settings for different fabrics BUT very simple to use I would recommend.

only used a couple of times but very please. quieter than my old drier and easy to use with a simple dial. As yet nothing I don't like

This is my first tumble dryer so I don’t have much to compare it to but it dries a load of clothes in around 1 hour, so seems good to me. I have been using the standard dryness setting and generally the clothes are dry enough to put away straight away. It is pretty quiet and seems to be energy efficient as it doesn’t blow out much hot air. There are lots of programs, probably more than I will ever use. It has been very useful drying the tons of clothes our newborn baby gets through! Overall I’m happy with the dryer and the experience with AO.

I love this tumble dryer. It has many different settings depending on the material of the items being dried and you can set the specific dryness level. There are options to protect clothing with active care and crease care - no more huge ironing piles. It is very quiet and the best bit, it’s energy efficient. It’s a win win! Definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend.

This hotpoint heat pump tumble dryer is fantastic it uses very little electricity so don’t have to worry so much quieter than old LG dryer drys perfectly takes a little longer but hardly noticeable excellent product very highly recommend this to anyone

Has been a absolute god send especially in the colder months, it’s really convenient that all you need to do is plug it in so it can be put anywhere around the house and just empty the water container when it’s full, plus the multiple settings also help to make sure your clothes don’t get damaged

Positives are that it seems ok to dry clothes that we would never have put in our old vented dryer, so no more hanging things on clothes horses or radiators. It's all handy that it stops when the clothes have reached the required dryness, so no unnecessary running. Negatives are it sometimes stops too early if there is a wide mix of fabrics, thinner fabrics end up dry, while thicker fabrics still feel slightly damp. The noise is also a bit intrusive at times. It's never loud, but the water pump has a distracting timbre.
