First time I’ve had a heat pump Tumble Dryer - very pleased with it but be aware the drying time is far longer than a vented dryer.

Works well but takes slightly longer to dry items

Work wells so far. Slower to dry clothes than our old condenser dryer but should be much more efficient and save money in the long run. Easy and intuitive to use and quiet in operation, so no complaints. The first example that was delivered was faulty out of the box. Hopefully that at was a one-off manufacturing defect and not a sign of poor quality of the machine, but that lingering doubt means I can't give it five stars.

"Cupboard plus" is only setting that gets things fully dry, but that's the point! Having to clear the filters every time is a bit of a faf, didn't have to do that on the old condenser one. Other than that I am happy with purchase. Hope it lasts.

Dryer is efficient and does the job well. It is cool when running so the heat pump is doing it’s job. Lots of programs to choose from plus extra features for additional choice. Controls are easy to use and it has a good load capacity for dealing with towels and duvet covers. Filters are easy to clean but bottom filter door is a bit flimsy. Overall a good machine for the price and AA++ rated .

Nice and quiet, hardly spikes the smart meter. Need to take large items out and give them a shake half way through to ensure they dry evenly.

4 out of 5, only complaint so far is the pipe that can be used for condenser water isn't quite long enough to reach out waste so we need to empty the tank between dried.
