Excellent suction, but you cannot raise the brushes, if you've got a deep pile carpet like I have, the cleaner won't move, you cannot push it, I wish I could change it

I love my new Shark vacuum. It's so easy to use. It's great on carpets and hard floors and using it on stairs is a doddle. My old one was so heavy but my new Shark is easy to manoeuvre, I don't feel exhausted just cleaning the bedrooms anymore. It's got a lovely long lead too. I know I should get out more but my new Shark vacuum has been such a blessing I quite enjoy housework now.

Well made product. Very efficient. Very strong suction though, I have to reduce the suction to enable me to push the cleaner. Being older, I also find it rather heavy to use. But overall, a good product, cleans very well.

I was dubious at first as to how good this product actually was. I have 4 cats and too much of my time was spent on my hands and knees getting cat hair out if carpets and funrinute. I've bought every product you can imagine. Took a chance and bought this cleaner and honestly I cried first time I used it.!!! My carpets look amazing after just 1 use. Filled the tub up in just 1 room it picked up that much hair and muck. It's brilliant on hard floors as well literally picks up every spec of dust. Best money I've ever spent. The only down side is if you have it on max suction it is difficult but not impossible to maneuver. Also the lift away makes stairs and furniture a breeze.

Erm... I’m not massively impressed to be honest. It looks pretty, and is lightweight, but I just want it to be awesome at hoovering! And when you use the handheld bit, the unit tips over way too easily. And the electric cord is placed weirdly low so that you have to hold it in your other hand to avoid it traipsing on the floor and running over it. I’ve wanted a Shark for ages... but don’t think it’s any better than my Dyson; disappointingly ???????

Easy to use, easy to put together. Powerful suction . Overall probably the best vacuum cleaner I've had so far .

Really good hoover especially being one of the cheaper options out there! All of the different functions and features are fantastic!

I love this hoover, it’s so simple to use and really light weight so it makes cleaning up so much easier. The suction is really good, I have two dogs and the floor was spotless after using it. Highly recommend, it’s a really good piece of kit!
