This vacuum cleaner is easy to use. I particularly like the lift away aspect as it makes cleaning the staircase much easier. Only four stars as dust etc seems to cling inside the bin when emptying.

Easy to use and certainly lighter than my previous model. No problem to assemble. A shame the cord storage is so short , takes upteen winds to replace on the machine.

Really good vac. Has a powerful suction, and is light and easy to move around. Especially good on stairs due to the lift away feature We had a Dyson before, but prefer this.

I purchased two of these vacuums initially, one for me and one for my mum. When I opened mine and started using it it was so heavy to push even on the carpet setting and with minimum suction. I spoke to Shark who were really helpful and gave me a code for a refund which I was pleased with but, I actually ended up using it a few more times and getting used to it and keeping it. It’s very effective and our carpets are floors are spotless after using, it gets up all the dirt. It was easy to assemble and it’s easy to use, take apart and put all the different settings on etc.. I did return the one I bought as a gift for my mum because there’s no way she would have been able to manage it so I’d avoid buying it, if you’re elderly, disabled or have any problems with your joints.

The shark is a replacement to our previous shark hoover, it does a excellent job easily and as we have 2 border collies it picks up all hair and dust with no problem, very happy with the purchase.

Excellent vac so much better than the cordless BACS we’ve been using

After years of having a dyson i decided on a change. This is lightweight yet still has the suction of my old dyson. The lift off feature makes stairs a dream highly recommended
