Wow is all. I will never go back to any other brand, shark is the only vac that has dealt with the amount of pet hair my beloved German Shepherd leaves everywhere.

This vacuum cleaner leaves all of our previous vacuums in the dust - and then goes back and cleans it up better than they ever could. We couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend it more.

Lightweight, Versatile, easy to use, even for us Blokes

I am still getting used to my new shark cleaner having owned Dysons for many years. it is light weight, and balances nicely in the hand when being lifted and transported. The cleaner is very well marked as to how it works, levers, pedals , switches etc. clearly marked. Easy to empty . Use of attachments easy. The turbo pet hair brush attachment is fantastic. I have found the cleaner fairly easy to use, it does have amazing suction power which means it can be slightly harder to move on on some carpets. Astonished by the amount of dust that must have been left behind by my old Dyson. The reason i have given a 4 star rating is due to the fact, on some of my carpets the cleaner judders when it is pulled back over the carpets, which causes uneven pile on the carpet. This is something I will have to contact Shark about, it may be something I am doing incorrectly? If I were to purchase again I would probably go for an anti hair wrap design and a slightly bigger floor head. All in all I am very pleased with my shark, minus the juddering when you pull the cleaner back wards. Oh! I have a dog and 2 cats it tackles pet hairs very well.

No good for rugs if u have hairy dogs. Bought because read good reviews and needed corded and bagless due to amount of time I have to vacuum. Very hard to push on rugs on all settings. OK if u young but not older like myself !

Too difficult for me to push, very stiff

Great vacuum, really powerful and is pulling loads of dust and pet fur out of the carpets. But it does take some getting used to after my old Dyson, in that it's very hard to push over certain carpets in certain directions. But I'm sure once I've mastered the technique this will be a 5 star review.

My Vacuum arrived this morning and I’m very disappointed with it !! The only good thing about it Is the suction is great and works well on hard floors but I can only push it on one of my carpets which is a low pile Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Shark Vacuum Cleaner
