Absolutely love my new Shark vacuum cleaner! It’s extremely powerful. No other vacuum cleaner I have had compares to the powerful suction you get from this. It’s very easy to use. Great for doing stairs and furniture as well as floors. It’s not lightweight but is absolutely fine for me so it’s not too heavy. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant vacuum cleaner, lightweight, gets into all nooks and crannys with an array of attachments, fabulous!

This is my second Shark vacuum cleaner and whilst I think they’re the best on the market this one does the exact same thing that my last one did....tips over and smashes into your legs or feet whilst using the hose and attachments...hence the 4 stars. In my opinion there’s absolutely no point in having a flexi hose if it can’t be used for what it’s designed for.

The suction power is good. Except that it's hard to push.

I am a first time shark customer, had reservations about weight and performance of the vacuum but I am very pleased as I can manoeuvre and lift the vacuum, it is also easy to use the lift away and other gadgets which is most important to me as i have a disability with my hands and wrists which means i don't have much grip or power, the performance and suction are very impressive, very happy with this product.

Needed a new vacuum cleaner at short notice... This was available with a discount, and next day delivery. Although not the priciest available, it seems very good quality. Solid, but easy enough to move... Good selection of tools. Saw other reviews blown away by how much stuff was picked up, and thought, "really... How much better can it be!?..." But seriously, WOW! The amount of hair and stuff picked up was staggering. Can't believe how dirty the house was!! Thought we were on top of the hoovering, but obviously not! ?? Would deffo recommend this product.

Before using this cleaner for the first time I vacuumed all the carpets with the old one. I then used this Shark and the dust, fluff, hair and stuff it picked up was astonishing. It is easy to use, lightweight and simple to empty. A truly excellent cleaner.

Great product, easy to set up, first use the dust compartment filled. Didn’t realise how my last vacuum cleaner was so in-effective.
