Although this comes with 3 ‘shelves’, only 1 is a wire shelf and therefore allows the air to circulate. However the most irritating thing about this oven are the alerts or noises it makes when the desired temperature has been reach or the cooking time has expired - also for other reasons I haven’t figured out yet. Not a simple beeb but a series of notes that then get repeated again and again. Enough to bring the kids out of their rooms or is that the idea??

Very well made oven. Love the telescopic arms - makes you feel safer handling hot food. Loads of features and functions and really need to take time to read through all the features. Handy light control to flick on when you want to see how your food is when cooking. Off for energy saving when you don't need it. Too early to give a complete appraisal but so far so very good.

It was damaged - shelf and casing. Wifi is a bit pointless as you have to start it by pressing the start button.!!!! No power cable- supplied our Electricain had assumed there would be one - so meant no oven for several extra days.

Perfect oven, so easy to use and cooks things perfectly - lovely soft texture with a nice crisp and beautiful taste. I especially love how the dual oven function works on slightly different internal temperatures and how easy the timer functions (and the nice chiming sounds!) Also helps its an A or A+ for energy (I can’t remember which) I’m yet to use the cleaning function! Just to note make sure to read all manuals! The inside CANNOT be cleaned with products and sponge!

Bought this because I'd previously had a Samsung dual cook oven which served us well for 12years plus with no problems. Oven is great, able to use top, bottom, or both depending what's cooking. Only marked down due to poor user manual. Quick start booklet included with the oven is like a Google translation that makes little sense while online manual is little better.

The grill take for ever to get to temperature
