This is our second Shark. The first lasted about 7 years of pretty much daily use until the inner hose in the power nozzle broke. The suction remains the same and the rest of the hoover is still as good as new. I would not even consider another brand now. They are so versatile, so easy to use, I absolutely love them.

Great product but a little heavy to use. Picked up a lot more than my last shark and the anti-hair wrap is wonderful. We have two cats and picks up their fur brilliantly.
