Having been impressed with the previous generation of this machine (after much frustration with its competitors), which is still running perfectly 6 years after I bought it, I needed a second hoover for a second property, so this was a no brainer. It's every bit as solid and sturdy as the old one, slightly more powerful and prettier! Delivery and service was fast and reliable too. Happy with my purchase!

Excellent vacuum cleaner. Suction excellent

So much better than our previous Dyson. Really powerful, and the lift away function is great.

Very good on carpets. Lift away for stairs is great. I like that the accessories are easy to access - my previous vacuum cleaner stored the accessories under a door which was awkward. I like that switching between carpets and hard floors only needs a switch to be pushed. I do find the cleaner quite heavy to move round furniture

Brilliant piece of kit, fantastic customer service

Overall a great vacuum cleaner - great suction, loads of functionality. I love the lift away that enables you to vacuum the stairs. Really manoeuvrable and the lights at the front are great for highlighting the dirt that needs cleaning. Only lost a star because it is heavy and the receptacle for the dirt is rather small.

Shark changed my life. It's powerful, easy to use and cats hairs disappear in a moment. I'm overall very happy with my purchase, however it's a bit too heavy. The price is fantastic compared to the other this kind. I love the multiple heads, so I can get in every corner and get rid of the dirt. I have more time for myself with this product.
