Excellent fridge and fits kitchen well. Only criticism is it could do with an extra shelf

Nothing not to like. It works. Very quiet, looks good and easy to set temperatures. It could be better if the design encompassed more shelf positions. Most refrigerators miss this point.

My wife is delighted with the new fridge. Her face lit up when she opened the door! :-) But seriously I am impressed with AO. Good price and a prompt, efficient delivery.

Plenty of room for everything which is great after trying to cope with a normal size fridge. The two salad drawers are particularly useful as we are trying to cook healthier meals so again plenty of storage for fresh vegetables.

5* fridge! Very big and spacious, truly is perfect!

Nice looking matt black fridge with plenty of space. Mine is very quiet which is a big plus, although I've seen other reviews that say the opposite. The big minus though, is the bad design of the door, which doesn't open wide enough to allow the shelves to be repositioned. Either that or mine is faulty, but it only opens about 100° and blocks any attempt to move the shelves.

Expecting more flexibility on positioning of shelves. Very poor user manual documentation. There are two drawers at the bottom, but what is the difference? How do you use the humidity controls? I didn't see anywhere in the manual that the door handle sticks out over the side by a few millimetres.
