upto now very happy with my air fryer

Bought because we wanted a double fryer but not to lose the space plus ninja seem to be at the top of the game for air fryers. Quite disappointed though. Our old single basket made perfect crispy chips in around 12-15 mins. The ninja double gets to 20 and they’re still soft. I think it’s down to the heat coming from the back not from the top. Other reviews have said the same. Other foods are ok but everything takes longer than the old unit. Seriously considering changing for a traditional side by side unit.
