I like all it can do, but not so keen on the touch buttons - our old one was more mechanical - that lasted us 11 years

Really happy with the results: using the same washing pods clothes come out cleaner than before. Like the big drum size and also that there is a short 28 min option. Seems to be very low on energy too.

Great washing machine and AO delivery and installation service was brilliant.

The machine is very quiet and efficient. The quick wash is what affirmed my selection and I’m glad that I made the right decision. Other family members have purchased Beko machines and have been very happy with them. I would highly recommend.

Nice spacious drum ideal for big family, easy to work. only reason given 4 instead of 5 as we had an older Beko before this one, and the cycle times are quite long on this in comparison.

Had this machine for a week. Very disappointed it only gives 2 rinses on all programmes and the 2nd one being the softener, if added, as it's the final rinse. This isn't mentioned in the description or the user manual. The spin speed of 1400, it's what you need to get out as much water as possible for quick drying, is only available on a few programmes, very annoying. Also no indication as to whether you can have extra water and extra rinse together. All these important points should be mentioned in the description. From what I've learned so far, this appears to be the EU meddling again, reducing rinses, reducing spin speeds, they even changed the suction power on our vacs which meant you have to vac twice!! Thought we'd left this interfering, power hungry club. Really angry and wish I hadn't bought it !

Silent washer and does what it should ??

I have now had this product for a couple of weeks and am very happy with it. There are enough options for wash programmes, it has a quiet spin, and it washes the clothes etc very well.
