Having the machine a week, after replacement supplied and fitted (issues with first time delivery) this machine works well. It has a number of useful programs and a HUGE drum.

Exceeded our expectations. It works well and very quiet. How cost efficient it is remained to be seen.

The product is great just what I wanted, no problems with connecting . The washer is quiet do not know it is on . So glad I went to ao it was very easy to order, kept informed in regards to delivery and delivered with no problems and great service from the team. A big thank you.

So far so good - only been using it a week (which means about 15 loads, for our large family!) but it does everything we need of it - it's replacing a more expensive Bosch model and we're very happy with the Beko. Very quiet, no problems with performance. Not overly impressed with a couple of the aspects of the setup - why do you need to put the noise cover on yourself, rather than it coming already in place, and the power cable could easily be held on with clips rather than being secured under a bolt which needs a spanner to remove. Yes, you're taking that bolt out before using the machine, but the very first thing that happened was that the drain hose cracked as we removed this bolt to get at the power lead. All sorted and no big deal if you're more careful and less clumsy than I was - but I fail to see why it's arranged like this in the first place, have never seen this done on previous machines! - a very minor grumble about a very decent machine.

Replaced a faithful Miele and impressed at the considerably shorter wash times overall even before taking the super quick function into account. Not as bullet proof as the old one I suspect but no longer washing for a large family and cost about the same as I was quoted for the Miele engineer to repair the 20 year old! So far very satisfied.

Not happy with this machine at all. Ive had it since Octobe 2024 and it has never operated well. It takes two or three attempts to start - it just beeps. It is very frustrating. The programmes are way too long I have to use the hand wash cycle of 28 minutes which does not spin well. Its the worst machine I have ever had and am thinking of replacing it.

Great value for money with big 10kg drum. Quiet and easy to use, however haven’t found 28 min wash!

Ease of use. Recommend this product. This is my second Beko. Had the other for years.
