Great value for the price. If I had to say something to be aware off, is that it can be a little noisy especially towards the end of the cycle when the water is entering the tray (the fabric conditioner segment).

The item itself is very good for value but one of the delivery people who delivered clearly hates his job and people. Maybe he was having a bad day and after, I made the mistake not to realise that purchasing the gold package did not include installation. I only asked what I needed to do to install it. One tried to help but the other shouted at him. Short of time, more work than. Hours to do it in, hard breaking work. All of this I understand but what would it have cost to take 30 seconds to explain. It’s a shame as really dampened my experience of AO
