Smart looking oven. Has a lot of different useful functions. So far cooks food well. The oven isn't noisy/loud. The only thing it's missing is the silver grill part that goes inside the grill tray, it comes with one silver rack and 2 grill tray looking bits.

From the moment I ordered the oven the product , employee’s ,delivery and installation were fantastic.

The oven itself is Ace! Really pleased with it, lots of different cooking options and I've used it about 7 times now and I'm very pleased with it. It comes with one wire shelf and two solid shelves, one deeper than the other, I would have preferred 2 wire shelves personally but I'm sure I could purchase separately another if I really need it. Also want to point out it beeps when you put it a setting and set the temp, kind of a 'starting' beep and it beeps when the oven gets to the desired temp. At first I thought that was going to be really annoying as it's quite a loud beep but actually it's pretty handy and means I don't have to look for the indicator to tell me it's reached the temp like my old oven. Also worth pointing out that it comes with a normal plug on it, maybe I didn't read the description properly but I thought it needed hard wiring so installation was quicker than I expected and this did mean I felt like I'd over paid for installation! But hopefully I won't have to buy another for a long time! I had to 'burn in' the oven before using which meant putting on the highest temp for 30 mins to an hour but this is what you have to do with all new ovens apparently, i did it for an hour to make sure itcwas done properlyas i didnt want my first meal to be affected! The ao guy who fitted it advised it would produce a 'smokey' smell during the burn off and set the fire alarms off which had me really worried as I didn't want my small flat stinking of smoke, however it was actually more of a hot plastic smell, not what i would call smokey and it didn't set the fire alarms off, smell was gone after leaving the windows open whilst it was doing the burn off. All in all great oven and service.

Really nice quality oven at a very affordable price, very easy to operate with a very clear timer display, stainless steel finish gives the oven a classy feel which blends in effortlessly with other appliances, can't fault this appliance.

A great stylish built in over with lots of handy features including a clean function and raising setting for budding bakers.

Very good value for money and really easy to install. My friend and I removed the old oven and installed this one so no need for electrician and was not as heavy as would have thought.

Seems very good quality so very happy - only given 4 stars as too early to comment on performance but generally very happy with it.
