I like it but don't expect to switch it on and be wowed... it takes some practice and perseverance. After a few days now able to produce consistently yummy coffees... Expect some tweaking when using different beans.

Best coffee machine ever!

After a little bit of practice I now make lovely coffee. This Sage unit it very straight forward to use but it is so important to buy quality beans. My first efforts using beans from an Italian manufacturer failed miserably due to their quality. The units built quality is 1st class and looks so good in our kitchen.

Amazing product at a very competitive price. Easy to set up and use. I love it!! Being hyper critical, the automatic bean grinder filler tends to overflow (wasting coffee and making a bit of a mess). So recommend not using that.

A proper coffee machine at last. Make sure you use freshly roasted beans for the perfect taste

It's a quality product. Took a few attempts to find the correct grind size and quantity but worth persisting as the coffee is now very good. Just need to practice my barista skills with the milk frothing wand now.

Great coffee machine as long as you know a little about making coffee. I love the fact that I have the adjustment needed to make the perfect espresso. Top marks for quality, robustness and pressure.

Product & AO service great, Sage & their 'free coffee beans when you purchase' offer a waste of time. When I finally got a code to put in when ordering the beans, the code didn't work, passed from department to department when I enquired, each telling me to contact the other, we haven't seen a free coffee bean yet and doubt we ever will!
