Great product, looks amazing. Currently in the middle of the learning curve but that's just how coffee making is.

I love this, I wanted something specifically that had a steam wand and this was the best value for money that had everything in one (steam wand, coffee bean grinder etc.). I've taken a star off purely because it's SO loud, I recently moved it so it's on the wall between us and our neighbour and I get really self conscious using it as it's so loud when starting up and when initially pulling the shots. A lot of items came in the box which is great, there's an extensive trouble shooting section within the guide which really helps. I was SLIGHTLY disappointed with the steam wand, it's not as strong as I was used to working with in high street coffee shop, but it's not as comprehensive as a store machine so that's to be expected really, just not something I thought of - only downside to is it can take some time to get up to temperature.

I absolutely love it. Glad I went for the manual. It looks more appealing and once mastered, which makes a wonderful coffee.

It looks very smart in the kitchen and the different settings allow the user to ensure the coffee is entirely to their taste. This is a machine for coffee lovers as ensuring the settings are aligned to the user’s personal preference is a manual process.

Great coffee machine, easy to use and clean. The built in steamer makes it easy to add frothy milk to my afternoon coffee. My only slight niggle is that sometimes my black coffee in the morning isn’t as hot as I would like it. I make sure I warm my glass up with some hot water first so it lasts longer. Apart from that it’s 10/10

Great coffee machine, simple to use and makes great coffee with even if you have very little knowledge on how. My only issue is it doesn’t say when the water is running low.

Excellent machine, not the most convenient milk steamer but coffee extraction is superb. Fast delivery in Scotland too
